Hello all ~ I started this hobby to help my mom track her lineage, and since that time, I've gone down many rabbit holes.

I'll gladly transfer memorials if you ask. If you no longer want to manage a memorial, please transfer it to contributor ID #8.

I like to do clean-up of memorials; i.e., add plot info, complete dates, add obits. I'm especially interested in making sure that maternal lineages are updated ... I update maiden names sooner than working on the paternal lineage. Yes, I get too much into the minutia :-)

I simultaneously add updates to www.familysearch.org. Familysearch.org is FREE to use, and in all likelihood, it contains the support which you think you need to keep/request.

I'm interested in the following:

Maternal side: Bingham, Kurica, Schwandt, Piszko

Paternal side: Zymali (=Polish), Jachimowski, Drysch, Krolicki, Ebrom/Ebram

Most of my work is centered around St Joseph Cemetery in River Grove, IL thus I'm able to get plot information from www.catholiccemeterieschicago.org. While this site is super helpful - know that there are a LOT of spelling mistakes. If you create memorials only using this site know that you may be creating duplicates as names may be spelled differently than on the tombstone (been there, done that - still cleaning up.)

Please include the source information for the obituary image in the "Add a Caption" section. This is an easy copy/paste as the obit source information appears just below the caption section, but for whatever reason doesn't automatically add that information when posted.
