Born to Alfred Paul and Felipa deRoulet in Peoria IL., 2nd of 6 deRoulet boys. Parents divorced, mother remarried and relocated to Wichita, KS in 1962.
I served 20 years (74-94) in the Marine Corps and obtain a BA in Business administration, a BA in Psychology and a MA in Human Behavior. After my service I relocated to Houston TX working in private industry for 3 years and then worked in the Behavioral Health field while earning a Social Work and Chemical Dependency License. Former Board Member of the Houston Chapter Texas Association of Addiction Professionals and active board member of Coalition of Behavioral Health and Dance Houston.
