I have had an interest in visiting, particularly in old cemeteries, since my teens. Find a Grave has at times helped me in my search of family members. I would like to help others, when possible, by adding photos or fulfilling photo requests, as I visit a cemetery. I have a particular interest in Lefroy and Beaconsfield Cemeteries in Tasmania, plus Carr Villa when I am in Launceston.
I have begun the slow process of cleaning and/or restoring family headstones. I get so much pleasure in seeing a headstone looking loved and respected again.
