Currently living in Austin, TX but trying to link my family history together from back home in the Windsor, Tecumseh, and Belle River region of Ontario, Canada. My family surnames include Rivest, Poisson, Rintaniemi, Nash, Marentette, Kersey, Tremblay, Parent, Papineau, and Trepanier.

I've been interested in genealogy for some time now and having never met either of my maternal or paternal grandmothers, memorializing them and their families here gives me a sense of closeness to them.
