Family history goes back through my mother, who was a Holmes / Coplen, and my father, who was a Smith / Crawford. Family based largely in Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia. Predominately in Mayfield - Graves County, KY and Wingo - Graves County, KY.

I also research my husband's family through his mother's side, Short/Bolling, and his father's side, Steele/Lawson. Family was based primarily around Virginia (Coeburn, Norton) and West Virginia (Welch, Iaeger)
