MY SUGGEST EDIT POLICY

I follow the rules and guidelines set out by this site. This also includes bullying, threatening, accusations, negligence, character defamatory, etc in personal messages. My messaging is turned off for this reason.

I have the right (and responsibility) to decline YOUR suggest edits. If the information does not match my research (and yes I do research all memorials), lacks reliable sources and/or links, etc. it will be refused.

This goes for any photos you are adding to a memorial. They MUST be clear, of good quality (not blurry or hard to read) and apply to THAT individual for whom the memorial belongs to.

I do NOT accept obituaries in any form (photos or under the bio section). At best I will add basic summaries to those who have survived, marriage info, burial dates and possibly the names of prior deceased family members.

I protect the names of living relatives.

I prefer at least two citations or sourced information.

I will NOT accept cut and paste information from any source. Re-write the information in your own words.

**Information gathered from someone's family tree on ancestry (or other geno sites) is NOT a solid source as many family trees can contain bad, incorrect information. Information gathered from an obituary can be helpful but they are often incorrect and not an absolute solid source.
