I'm a history teacher and amateur geneaologist interested in uncovering my family tree. I have always had a fascination with cemeteries and tombstones, as they provide a tangible link with the past. I feel that taking pictures of tombstones provides a permanent stone to memorialize those who would otherwise have no other means of telling their stories.
