I've only had the job of Sexton at the Coin, Elmwood Cemetery since 2022 and it has become one of the most awesome experiences of my life! I've had calls from other Sextons on how to raise money for their cemeteries and had the pleasure to work with JR Corson, from Arkansas, when he reset 200 of our stones! If I'm not digging in the dirt at Elmwood, I'm getting calls to use my divining rods to help find the lost, but surely not forgotten, in other towns around the area.

My Ruby Thomas solemn promise is: If it takes a village to raise a child, every time you walk into a cemetery, THAT is the village! They sacrificed so much for us! Why are WE NOT taking care of them? Give of your time or money to support your village. No one should be forgotten! In my cemetery .... they are not! I'm doing my best to 'dig up' stories and memories to add to their memorials.
