I've been trying to assist many families' requests for photos at this cemetery, but the person responsible (Gary McDowell) for daily operations is only available on Sunday and refuses to help. I've tried on behalf of multiple families only to be stonewalled each and every time.

I have filed a complaint with the NC Cemetery Commission, and I strongly recommend that anyone who desires help, to submit a complaint. This is the only way the Commission becomes aware of the pattern.
