I am a retired Chief Warrant Officer Five with nearly 40 years in the Military. I spent 10 years as a Military Police Officer, and 30 years as a Helicopter Pilot/Aviation Safety Officer. I enjoy volunteering for Find a Grave because I spent my career investigating incidents and accidents. I enjoy the challenge of finding headstones, many of which are in horrible condition, and identifying who they belong to. As these headstones continue to deteriorate over time, there will be photographic and GPS data on record. Future descendants will be able to find and track their family history through this Find a Grave site.
