I love genealogy and military history. My father and I have been able to travel to historic sites such as the Somme, Verdun, and Normandy. Thanks to my grandfather Robert D. Peterson, I love doing genealogy research.
My great grandfather, Pvt. Martin P. Peterson, Served in Company I, 358th Infantry, 90th Division during WWI. His service sparked my interest in military history, and specifically my interest in researching WWI veterans. I constantly research WWI veterans and men who lost their lives during the war. I have done extensive research on the 20 men from Company I, 358th Infantry that lost their lives in the war.
