Focused mainly on filling photo requests at Cornelian Bay Cemetery and, more recently, taking (and uploading) photos of all graves in some sections of the Cemetery (including unmarked graves) as I visit them.

Cornelian Bay Cemetery is extremely large with a lot of burial locations that never had or no longer have a headstone. Locations are verified (particularly for unmarked graves) through the burial plot maps online at State Library Archives and the location of surrounding headstones.

Sections I have completed (for all graves and grass plots) are :

Church of England - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, Id, Ik, J, Aa, Jj, Le, Tw, Vv, Uu (except no's 1-25), some of U, TT (most from 80 to 200)

Free Scotland - EX, KK and some of E

Roman Catholic - E, G, LP, Nd (half of), Nda (half of)

I will try to get the best photo I can so you can read the plaque / headstone but occasionally the sun, writing or deterioration makes it difficult. Where a grave has no stone or plaque I will usually write the location on the grassed area where it would be.

If a memorial has no plot information or has crematorium store room, cremation etc then there will not be a location we can take a photo of. Occasionally we may locate their name on another headstone we find when taking photos. Sometimes we may find that a person is not listed on the headstone - this can be due to them reserving the plot location in advance and are still alive.

For any memorials that have in the notes exhumed from Queenborough - you may find there are two memorials for this person - one at Queenborough and one at Cornelian Bay. All burials found recently in the old Queenborough Cemetery have now be exhumed and reinterred at Cornelian Bay.
