I have been able to find a lot of great information on Find A Grave and really appreciate everyone's work. I am finding that a lot of family genealogy is missing or not yet updated on sites like Family Search and so I often find the information I am looking for on this site. My ancestors I am really focused on right now is Calvin Iva Kennedy. He is my great great grandfather. I am son of Bobby Joe Kennedy who is son of Robert N Kennedy who was son of Joseph T Kennedy who was son of Calvin I Kennedy. The mystery I am looking for is that Calvin passed away at age 28. I cannot find any information as to the nature of his passing. He had another child Ola Kennedy and I am currently studying and trying to get in contact with some living descendants in hopes that the story of Calvin might have gotten passed down to their families. I know no one on my side (Joseph T) seems to have any info. It is almost as if Joseph T wanted to erase his history of his sister Ola and anything of Pittsburg, TX from his past as he never mentioned if. He moved to Oklahoma sometime after 1900 and married and settled there in 1909 and the rest if history. Ola married James Henry Thompson and so I am looking for any living descendants of Ola and James. Feel free to contact me if interested. Thank you.
