***Due to the 100F+ temps here in North Texas for weeks on end, I put a lot of time into going through the 11 of 14 cemeteries here in Wilbarger County, TX (3 are private property) and going through person by person and seeing if they had a Headstone... If they didn't I added them to my own "master list"... Once the temps start looking like "Speed Limit signs" I'll get back out there with my lists in hand... There will be a lot of uploading and edit suggestions coming soon. I'd like for Wilbarger County to be 95-100% pictured... IF I come across a site that is missing a stone or it has been lost with time I'll upload one of my "Blank Stone/Marker" pics*** "THIS ALSO INCLUDES POSTINGS THAT HAVE BEEN NOTED STATING NO HEADSTONE"

When I came across this site to help others find long lost gravestones/family history I knew I had a job to do... So with the assistance of my Youngest daughter we set out and do our best..

If I happen to send an Edit Request it's usually for a simple thing like a date is off a little bit and that is solely based off of what has been written in stone... It's not to nitpick, mistakes happen...

I have a full time job as a Photographer... I have even spent some time fixing and re-erecting headstones that have fallen or moved over time... I carry a shovel, weed eater and a broom to make the stones more readable and/or even uncover them... Starting soon, for the headstones with shallow engraving I will be doing a wax rubbings and I'll be including those in my pics…
