To me, this site is about remembering those we've lost—not about collecting memorials. While I believe every person deserves one, I think it's only right that memorials stay with loved ones whenever possible.

Transfers: I'm happy to transfer memorials, even beyond the 4-generation rule. I'm unrelated to most I manage, so if you're family, just ask! If I don't respond, feel free to send it again—I probably just missed it.

Edits: I accept almost all edits unless there's a clear mistake or conflicting info I trust more. If I reject one, reach out and we can talk it through. If you spot an error, let me know—I'm happy to fix it.

Since others may use this website as a foundation for their own research, it's important that we hold ourselves to a high standard. Please take the time to do the necessary research before submitting edits—this ensures the information you provide is accurate and reliable.

When adding sources, please include the specific location of a primary source. Avoid using general website links, census entries without documentation, or unsourced family trees.

Photos: I upload either from the app during cemetery walks or later if editing is needed. If a photo isn't clear, I won't mind if you request a new one. You're welcome to use any gravestone or cemetery photos I've taken for personal, non-commercial use.

If you'd like me to remove a photo I uploaded, just ask—I'm glad to. I can only remove photos I added, so check the uploader's name first. Note: I can't prevent others from uploading photos, but I'll add a note if requested.

Obituaries & Documents: I don't upload obituaries or document images due to copyright rules, unless they're mine or I have permission. However, I'm happy to include reworded obits or bios and mention where an original can be found. Please leave out names of living survivors.
