I am the son of Billy M. and Doris Evylena (Russell) Cole. My paternal grandparents were Josiah and Maggie Jane (Russell) Cole, and my maternal grandparents were Allen Willoughby and Gracie Eldora (Brewer) Russell. I am primarily interested in tracing my family lines, which include Cole, Russell, Brewer, Loop, Zeak, Shoffner, and Keck. However, I am also inclined to explore family histories of other individuals in Tennessee communities where I have lived or worked, including Claiborne, Union, Hawkins, Grainger, and Hamblen Counties.
