Born and bred in Whanganui, and have been researching my family history off and on since my teens. I started with the Marshalls in the 1980s and have since added many other names on both sides of my family.

I love finding new ancestors and cousins, and sometimes feel like I'm related to everyone in Whanganui lol.

I enjoy taking photos as a volunteer to help others make connections and find their relatives and histories.

I'm happy to visit any Whanganui cemeteries to take photos for people, although I have a special love for Heads Rd / Whanganui Old Cemetery, Pūtiki urupa, and my Marshall family urupa up the Whanganui awa.
