If I contact you about a memorial transfer, please understand that I knew that person, or one of my family members knew them, and they are not randomly collected by me. They are my biological and legal family connected to myself and my extended family members, and they remain forever beloved and remembered. In their deaths, an empty space now stands in the hearts of those who remain behind to remember them. We do what we can to fill that space with our best memories, until we too pass into time out of mind.
