I have been an avid Family Historian for over 20 years, and learned early on that graves can be a fantastic source of information.

I started by uploading the photo's of my own families graves, but now my goal (almost an obsession!) is to make a full(as possible) record of the 4 cemeteries nearest to me. Those being :
Abercynon Cemetery - Abercynon
Saint Cynon's Churchyard - Abercynon
Maes-yr-Arian Cemetery - Mountain Ash
Aberffwrd Cemetery (Caegarw Old Cemetery) - Mountain Ash

I use local history records to fill in details for headstones i can't read, or are missing.
