Hello. My Mother died unexpectedly in 2017 and since then, I have been sorting through her things. My Mother was the oldest of her siblings, and the first grandchild. I am the first grandchild of both my paternal and maternal grandparents. I am also the first great-grandchild; on my Mother's side. Way....back before cell phones - My family always wrote letters and kept journals. And photos! I inherited the letters, diaries and photos; of both sides of my family that date back two; and sometimes three; generations. So along with several books of my family history in mind - I am also in the process of managing and creating Memorial pages for my family members. I have always loved cemeteries - the older the better. And I have walked our local cemetery; off and on - for almost 40 years.

But now that most of my family is deceased - history is even more important to me. I am an only child, and had no children. In many cases - my family line - ends with me. I feel that it is paramount that I leave Memorials for my parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, great-great- grandparents, on and on...great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, etc. for the generations to come; should they be interested. And...since I am most often, the only one that still lives locally - I have lovingly, physically, maintained many of their gravesites; for decades. I look forward to managing and creating their Memorials. May all of our loved ones, friends & family; - be remembered fondly.
