I've always loved cemeteries, so maybe I'll get time to properly contribute sooner than later. I came upon this site researching my genealogy and my sons', and have quickly realized how short life is, how much bigger it is than all of my grief for those I've lost and those I never knew. I've always been a natural documentarian, but this journey has taught me even more than ever what a spectacularly beautiful thing it is to keep records, documents, photos, stories, and memories. Because nothing lasts forever, but it still matters.
