Hi! My name is Amanda, and I'm working on building my family tree. Turns out, my father was not my father, and my great grandfather (mom's father's father) wasn't my great grandfather either! My mother and I don't talk since our family is fractured, and my bio father was adopted, so I haven't spoken to his bio family as much either.
