I am a retired person with a myriad of professional background. I am a great-grandson of WR Rankin through his son Thomas Turley Rankin. I cleaned this marker a few years ago. Regrettably, there is no perpetual care on this section of our family section in Forest Hills Cemetery. I really haven't been back much since my mom passed in 2010. I would be interested in pursuing someone there to keep up our section of that lot.
