I have always preferred trees and fauna. Hunting and fishing, gardening and sewing are my other passions. I grew up around the Guadalupe River, and lived while raising children on the river from 1993-2015. The Texas Hill country has been where I called home. I feel close to my ancestors. My husband and I had a construction company, and also "flipped" houses or renovated old homesteads. Now that we are retired, we restore boats instead, since we live on a lake. Friends and I, officially organized the Texas Crossbow Hunters Club and that is my people, and now we are much older, but we still hunt together once a month, doing while boar removal on the 7,000 acre ( Perry) Big Spring Ranch, part of the headwaters of the Frio River.
