I recently contacted Management about the explosion of unwanted records and other photos that do not belong on memorials. This was their response:

"The photos section of a memorial page is only to be used for photos of the deceased and photos of their grave."

"The photo area is ONLY to be used for photos of the person, their grave, their family, their house, etc. A scan of your grandmother's manuscript would be perfectly acceptable in the photo area, because it is an image that is personally attached to the deceased."

PLEASE- do not put death certificates, or other records from ancestry.com on my memorials. I don't use them anymore. If it isn't a photo of the grave marker or monument, or a picture of the person or his/her family do not post it. I will accept obituaries
