Retired from an IT job with a history of system and data management. Started my career as a lender/bill collector/skip-tracer (excellent training for genealogy record hunting) with a finance company and then became a bank loan officer during the automation of bank processes and the development of credit scoring. Had some experience with computers (pre-Windows and pre-Apple) that made me the go-to at the bank for all things computer-related so, before I even finished my degree in Information Systems Management (saw the future coming), I had an AVP title and staff running the lending systems for the bank. Then one of the vendors hired me away from their largest client during the Dot Com Boom at the turn of the century and so began my pure IT days!

I am a bit OCD about bad data! I've been cleaning up and trying to complete the major details on records in FamilySearch and then transferring those proven details to Findagrave. Some seniors do gardening, some do art, some do square dancing...I do late night data cleanup. LOL
