I take pictures of mainly old graves that are starting to become ineligible, I don't tidy the graves as the condition and plant growth is part of its history.
On kerb set graves I will pull away the grass to enable the inscription to be read and then replace the grass, as seen in some of the pictures.
Also I try to transcribe the whole inscription where possible
