In my working life, I have been a shoe salesman, piano tuner, E4 in the US Air Force, arranger and orchestrator for bands, including the Jimmy Sturr Orchestra, as well as the Bill Dayton Orchestra, a composer of music for the movies (lower end of the industry), and a senior-level computer systems engineer and computer systems administrator for the EDS and HP Corporations. I was born in Myrtle Point, Oregon but have lived most of my life on the East Coast in Pennsylvania (mostly), South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, New York State, New Jersey, and Massachuesetts.
