I have been researching my family history for several years, focusing primarily on the surnames Kraus, Volšan, Černek, and Palica, as well as Prunar, Steiner, and many others. These families were predominantly based in Czechia (Prague, Plzeň/Pilsen, Stříbrnice), the USA (Chicago, IL), and Slovakia (Čadca region).

I welcome connections from anyone researching the same families—whether to exchange records, share insights, or collaborate. Even more, I'd love to hear from living relatives from these branches to reconnect, share stories, memories, and—ideally—documents or photographs to preserve our shared heritage.
