I live in St. Clair County, Alabama. I am an artist, martial artist, income tax preparer, and public notary. I am happily married to the love of my life, Tyler Hayes, whom I met at karate and shortly after became my best training partner, hiking partner, and fellow enthusiast of teas, yoga, older literature, nature, and many other things. I am bitterly divorced from my abusive ex-husband, whom I would appreciate if you would never include on my memorial.

My father died young at 54-years-old and his obituary was lost because he was directly cremated through a private crematorium that is now out of business. I joined Find A Grave to make sure he was never forgotten to history, and to add missing information in other relatives' memorials.

My sister died even younger at 34-years-old, the passenger and victim of a reckless motorcycle driver. My father and sister were both cremated and presently sit on my mother's kitchen table.

This site has been invaluable in tracking down family lines I previously could not find. A genuinely heartfelt "thank you" to others who have contributed names, dates, locations, and memoirs.
