Dedicated in 1917 by James C. Miller after the 1916 death of his wife, Rhoda Ann McCommas Miller. The cemetery is named for their son, James C. Miller, Jr., who died of congestive chills (AKA malaria), and was the first of 9 people to be buried there on the Miller Homeplace. The cemetery is located in western Tarrant County, Texas, on the Tarrant/Parker County line between South Marys Creek and I30, 1/2 mile west of Linkcrest exit.
