Beaver Creek Cemetery - From Electra take Texas 25 to Archer City, turn right on Farm Road 1181 for 7 miles, turn left on Farm Road 2326 for 8.7 miles Beaver Creek Cemetery on Right. This cemetery has not been kept up, it have overgrown grass, many stones put in a pile at the entrance and other stones buried, unreadable or deep in the cedar trees. Near the entrance to the cemetery is a dedication stone to the memory of the circuit riders and early settlers, who established the homes, the camp meeting ground, the church, the school and the cemetery for the Beaver Creek Community. This cemetery was established in 1884 and is still active today.
