Obituary, Collquit (Collie) Jasper ( Jack) WadeNORTHPORT: Collie J. "Jack" Wade, age 89, of Northport, died Feb. 1, 2013, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday February 4, 2013 at Tusca-loosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Max Buttram and Rev. Ken Cheek officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Tuscaloosa Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. He is survived by his wife Clemmie Wade of Northport; his daughters Charlene Buttram (Max)of Sylacauga and Tanya Rogers (Clint) of Birmingham; his son Bruce Wade (Tammy) of Lakeview; his sister Pearl Leonard (Joe) and Myra Worrell (added Werrell); his brothers John Wade (Inez) and Robert Wade (Louise); his grandchildren, Laura Mask (James), Jeremy Buttram, Jessica Wade, and Danny Wade; and his great-grandchildren Ashlyn and Keaton. Pallbearers are Ray Braughton, Philip Holley, Danny Wade, Jeremy Buttram, James Mask, and Harry Harless. Honorary pallbearers are Dr. Summerford and staff, members of Northridge Baptist Church, nurses and staff of hospice of West Alabama, his friends and neighbors, and the employees of the postal service.
