HARLINGEN GENERAL CEMETERY , Netherlands Harlingen, a town and port on the seaboard of the Waddenzee 38 kilometres west of Leeuwarden and 28 kilometres north-west of Sneek, is the port for the Frisian Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling. The HARLINGEN GENERAL CEMETERY is on the northern outskirts of the town, about 1 kilometre from the station.
