Catherine "Cathy" White, 45, of Douglas died Wednesday, Sept. 18, 1996 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. She was born April 29, 1951 in Aberdeen, S.D., to Kenneth and Jo (McCracken) Mullan. She moved to Superior with her parents in 1955 and then to Powell in 1959 where she was reared and educated. She graduated from Powell High School in 1969. After that she attended and received an associates degree from Northwest Community College in Powell in 1971. She married Donald White on June 5, 1971 in Powell. They resided in Medicine Bow where she was active in community affairs from 1971-88. They moved to Elko, Nev. in 1988 and she moved to Salt Lake City in August 1991, then to Douglas in December 1994. She resided in Douglas until the time of her death. She is survived by her children, Dustin and wife Tricia White of Casper and Dawn Huerta of Douglas; parents Ken and Jo Mullan of Glenrock; sister Kendra and husband Kenny Jamerman of Douglas; brothers Tim Mullan of Glenrock and Russ Mullan of Douglas; grandchildren Zenaida and Selina Huerta of Douglas and Austin White of Casper; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
