As of September 10, 2017 this graveard is under investigation by some agents who have that CDA disease , falure to communicate , failure to do their duty in connection with Pennsylvania graveyard crimes , and failure to account for these failures . A more specific direction would be "That graveyard in Northeast Corner just Northeast of 4452 Rostosky Ridge Road .House number 4452 is about that 2nd property , maybe 3rd , on right going South from intersection of Pangburn Hollow Road and Rostosky Ridge Road .This graveyard on its Eastern part , which contains most gravestones , has been unlawfully owned by Paul E. Pepka ,since his father Edward Pepka died , and he may try to stop you from crossing that property .Sheriff Chief Mullens is also guilty of that CDA disease , as he refuses to go there also . I will give you , you have my permission to go there and cut off any locks on both of two buildings located on Western part of that "set -aside " graveyard . Allegheny Co. Pa. Prosecutor , Mr . Zappalla believes he is a King . I have asked Todd Walker to go there and do that because if he did he would be able to record 2 more Applegate headstones , but, I believe he may also have that CDA disease . He is failing to do his duty to communicate . From a time since some unknown person named it Pangburn/Curry, it is not known when , that Graveyard has been incorrectly named . There are no Curry's buried there , and Pangburn's have been buried there for a suspected reason that Pangburn's had been "squatting" on William(1733)Applegate's 1794 Patent from some time after 1773 up to and after he died March 20,1804 , and later . William(1733)Applegate's Gravestone is being concealed on a barn floor since about 1940,and also Sarah(1733)Catherine Gibbons Applegate , and there is a belief that Sarah (1733)Catherine Wiggins Applegate's Gravestone is also being concealed in that identical barn . I will have to look back at my records to prove date of 1940 , it was 12 years after Annie B.Hendricksen Wall Set Aside that Graveyard in 1928. I am asking Find-a-Grave Website to correct errors pointed out in my statement . It is my information that Esquire Todd Walker recently found site of burial of Annie B.(He knew not her maiden name)Wall, and her husband ,John R. Wall , on site of that "Graveyard ". Todd Walker had not previously known of information that I provided .That CDA disease is an American pastime !
