In Liberty township, NW 1/4 S6 T2S R6W 4PM, 3.9 mile NxNW of Liberty, Illinois. Located in timber 900 feet east of HWY 104, from a point 1100 feet south of the junction of HWY 104 with E 1900th AVE.

Directions: From the junction of HWY 104 and E 1900th ST, travel south on HWY 104 for about a block and look for a dilapidated gate on the east side of the road. Follow a fence leading east for about 1/4 mile to an iron gate on the left. Go through the gate and travel straight for a short distance to find the stones.

Sometimes referred to as Five Points Cemetery. Canvassed about 1979 by the Great River Genealogy Society. The cemetery has been abandoned.
