Cane Creek Cemetery is an area that is historically referred to as Boston, Kentucky. The cemetery is located off State Highway 1804 and is directly behind Clearfork Baptist Church near the intersection of State Highway 1804 and Ancil Leach Hollow Rd/Little Cane Creek Rd. The cemetery is medium-sized and appears to be fairly well maintained. It is best to park in the Clearfork Baptist Church parking lot that is located on the right side of the church if you are visiting the cemetery to search for loved ones.

Because this cemetery is located behind Clearkfork Baptist Church, it was often referred to by locals and on death certificates as Clearfork Cemetery.
