11 AUG 2015 - According to the groundskeeper whom I talked with today, this monument is the divider between St. Mary's Cemetery and the Hurley Cemetery. I didn't check with the VA, but according to the groundskeeper this is a memorial to ALL Veterans in both cemeteries.
