This is Saint Joseph Cemetery that is located beside the Immaculate Conception Church about 6 miles southwest of Philo in the Northeast Quarter of Section 24. It is at the corner of mile road 33 N and 1800 E.
This cemetery is frequently inaccurately called Immaculate Conception Cemetery, but the name St. Joseph cemetery was founded by Father Thomas I. McKinney about 1892.
At the north entrance are two brick posts with the name: St. Joseph Cemetery.
