Remaining stones and markers located at the south east side of the park.

Calvary Cemetery plot map

Monuments at Mount Hope Cemetery marking where the majority of monuments from Calvary Cemetery were buried when Calvary was converted to a park.

The headstones across the background are all that remain at this location (there are a handful packed tightly together at Mt. Hope -- see other photos for Calvary Cemetery.)
The bronze plaques on the ground list all the names that were legible from damaged and broken stones at the time the cemetery was converted to a park.
NOT ALL NAMES OF THOSE WHO REST HERE ARE LISTED. I have found many obituaries from the late 1800s that specify "interment at Catholic Cemetery" yet their name is not listed on the plaques, and their headstone not one of the few retained.

This pic shows the steal plaques with the names of who is interred here. Some of the headstones appear in the background. Others (16) are placed at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Section 5-2.

Dedicated to the memory of those interred wishing this park
