This attractive cemetery lies on the east side of Vansittart Avenue, opposite the Baptist Cemetery.

The property of six acres was purchased by the Anglican Parish of Woodstock on October 9, 1873 from the Estate of the Honourable George Alexander. In 1901 the Mausoleum was built. In 1940 an adjoining area of seven acres was added.
