The cemetery consists of a good acre of land on a hill and is publicly owned. No cemetery records exist since it is strictly a rural cemetery. No one is in charge of the cemetery; in other words, there is no sexton. A dirt land divides the cemetery into three distinct sections. There is a section to the left and above the lane; a section to the right and above the land; and a section below the lane. Here are the location directions: From State Route 16 turn left on Independence Hill (secondary road, a narrow, paved road) and drive approximately 1-3/4 miles; turn left onto a one-lane paved/dirt/gravel road and proceed approximately 1 mile; turn right and drive approximately .1 – .2 miles up a dirt lane (a 4-wheel drive vehicle is required for this part of the drive).
