Walden Abbey, also known as St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, is the spacious grounds surrounding the historic parish church in Saffron Walden, Essex, England. Originally a 12th-century Benedictine abbey, the site was later dissolved and its surviving cloister foundations became the nearby Audley End House.
