Irish Hill Cemetery, also known as St. Mary's Cemetery, is the first of two cemeteries belonging to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church Our Lady of the Lake, Cooperstown, NY. The land was purchased in 1862 in the west end section of town known as Irish Hill. When it reached capacity by 1926, a second cemetery was opened in Index, NY south of Cooperstown.
