Located on the northwest corner of Starbuck Drive and Maple Lane (G F & K Turnpike), 1 block west of State Route 16 (Robert C. Byrd Drive).

According to Ms. Pauline Haga (of Crab Orchard, Raleigh County, West Virginia), this cemetery is also known as the Bailey Cemetery. The land for the cemetery was donated by Mr. Sam Dixon, owner of the Price Hill Coal Company. Also, the town of Bradley was formerly known as Bailey's Farm.
