There are 2 Belleview Cemeteries. This Cemetery is called Belleview Baptist Cemetery. It does not use the word "Bottoms" in it's name. This area, near the Ohio River is mostly referred to as "Belleview Bottoms", because it lies at the bottom of a large hilly area in Boone Co., KY. Also, the word "Bottoms", was probably started, because there is another town about 15-20 miles to the East, of this small town, that is absolutely named "BELLVIEW", also in Northern KY. The town of Petersburg is about 8 miles away, also in this 'Bottoms' area.
This Cemetery is the "New" Belleview Cemetery. There is an "Old" Belleview Cemetery about 1/4 mile away.
