I have been told (by older family members) this Cemetery was "across the road, on the hill, from the former Kiahsville, WV, post office and Mr. Maynard's store", was referred to as "Blue Lick Cemetery" as it was "near the mouth of Blue Lick Creek/Branch" and that it was also referred to by some as the "Maynard" Cemetery; also told this Cemetery was moved due to construction of the East Lynn Dam and that most, if not all, were re-interred at Community Memorial Gardens, Wayne, Wayne County, WV. (The Kiahsville post office was also moved at the time of East Lynn Dam construction) .. Additional information/corrections welcome .. Della

12-23-2012: "Thank You", Cousin Sherry, for providing photo of the location marker for our Blue Lick Cemetery .. my sincere appreciation .. Della

12-23-2012: As can be seen from the photo of the location marker, "Blue Lick Cemetery", the Blue Lick Cemetery is located within the grounds of Community Memorial Gardens; thus, correct location being "Blue Lick Cemetery at Community Memorial Gardens", Wayne, Wayne Co., WV", with Kiahsville, WV, no longer being the location ... and please let us remember, the location has changed, not the Cemetery name and that these loved ones still sleep in "Blue Lick Cemetery".. Della
