This cemetery has only one burial in it: that of Linn Banks, Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates for 22 years. The Banks estate was known as "Vale Evergreen." The cemetery is on land owned by the Rapidan River Ranch and is in a pasture next to a small creek. The new owner built a fence around it to protect it from further damage by cattle. It is off to the right as one heads towards Graves Mill on Route 662.
