Kalevankangas Cemetery is located in the Kaleva district, about two kilometers from the center of Tampere. The cemetery has a chapel building with a large and small chapel, as well as several memorials.

Kalevankangas Cemetery was established in 1880. It covers an area of 17 hectares. The cemetery has four memorial groves: the old memorial grove, the new memorial grove in the northern urn area, the veteran grove for war veterans and their spouses, and the children's memorial grove Hietakehto. The cemetery also has a place of remembrance for the relatives of the deceased buried elsewhere.
